Guido Deiro
Guido Deiro, the great Italian-American accordion performer, recording artist, composer, arranger and teacher, was instrumental in the popularization of the accordion in the early 20th- century. GuidoDeiro.Com will attempt to set the record straight about Guido Deiro's actual accomplishments in the history of American music, ie. as being the first accordionist in the United States to use a piano keyboard on his instrument, as well as coining the name "piano-accordion." Includes biography, discography, images of original sheet music, etc.

GuidoDeiro.Com was created by Count Guido Roberto Deiro (the son of Guido Deiro), and Henry Doktorski, the founder of The Classical Free-Reed, Inc.
